Donald Zordani, Jr.
President
Don is an accomplished construction company owner/manager with intensive experience in the planning, design, and construction of high end new residential projects and major historic project renovations. He has an extensive background in directing all project phases from design through completion of construction, and expertise in coordinating the efforts of subcontractors, architectural, engineering and landscaping consultants, and government agencies and historic preservation representatives. Don received his Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Wisconsin, Milwaukee.
Jan M. Zordani, ESQ.
Vice President & Counsel
Jan has decades of experience as an in-house counsel for privately-held construction and real estate development firms specializing in high-end new construction and historic renovation projects. She handles all legal aspects of residential and commercial development and construction including obtaining entitlements, working with licensing bodies, and attending closings and relevant hearings. Jan received her Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Wisconsin, Madison and her Juris Doctor from Marquette University Law School. Jan is registered with the Wisconsin and Illinois State Bar associations and is also a licensed Illinois Real Estate Broker.
Jonathan Clair
Senior Project Manager
Jonathan has over 3 decades of experience in residential work, mostly concentrated in the North Shore and Chicago Area, and recently spanning to Southeastern Wisconsin. He has immense experience in every facet of a property; Home design and additions, Land Planning and Landscape Design, General Contracting and development services, Historic Preservation, and Adaptive Reuse.
Jonathan earned his Baccalaureate of Architecture at the University of Wisconsin, Milwaukee and has an Associates Degree in Architectural Technologies. He is a Licensed Architect in Illinois and Wisconsin
William Zordani
Marketing Director
William is a student at the University of Wisconsin, Madison in the Wisconsin School of Business. He is studying real estate, marketing, and entrepreneurship. In addition to his work with Lakeshore, he is also the team manager for the Wisconsin Women's Tennis team and manages their social media accounts. He has increased the team's follower base by over 60% since starting.
